INTERVIEWING AND EVALUATION
AutoTech Recruitment imposes high standards in the area of screening and testing candidate skills. All candidates are interviewed in-depth to determine their skill level, personality, strengths and weaknesses as well as their aspirations.

AutoTech Recruitment will supply to their clients a resume detailing authenticated historical data, comprehensive skill tests and copies of accreditation.  An essential part of our screening process is the verbal reference checking which is carried out with former employers, and provided in hard copy.

AutoTech Recruitment placement procedures are second to none in the industry.

RECRUITMENT STRATEGY

OUR PROFESSIONAL RECRUITMENT SERVICES COMPRISE OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Full briefing regarding the position, and where possible an on site visit by our consultant. This involves in-depth discussions to gain a thorough understanding of the market within which you work, your own organisation and the profile of the candidate you are seeking to identify

  • Raising a detailed Job Description based on the above information providing a full brief for all AutoTech Recruitment Consultants

  • Search of our comprehensive computer database as a fast, efficient method to cross-reference the availability of potential candidates

  • Composition and placements of advertising schedule


ASSESSMENT

  • Initial telephone-screening procedure

  • In-depth interviews with suitable candidates, including skill testing

  • Presentation of a short list comprising of full Curriculum Vitaes which include authenticated historical data

  • Arrangement of interviews, consultant follow up and finalisation of appointments

  • Additional reference checking with candidates permission

  • Optional psychological appraisal to support your final decision

  • Formal Job Offer and negotiation of terms of employment


SUCCESSFUL PLACEMENT

  • A three-month guarantee (validated upon receipt of payment within seven (7) days from date on Invoice)

  • On-going follow up with client and candidate
